Developers.Contrib provides a platform for developers to discover, share, and contribute to developer frameworks. Our services include:

  • Framework submission and discovery
  • API key management for programmatic access
  • Application registration
  • Developer community features

You remain the owner of any frameworks or content you submit. We have no ownership interest in your submitted content, though we reserve the right to display it on the platform once approved.

3. General Terms and Conditions

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Unauthorized access to our services is a breach of these Terms and a violation of the law.

Protect Your Password

You may not reveal your subscription password to anyone else and you may not use anyone else's password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Termination of Membership

Any user may terminate their membership at any time. We may terminate services to any person or entity at any time for any reason we deem appropriate, including violation of any term or condition of this Agreement, violations of the law, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality

Members may be given access to various trade secrets, copyrighted information, and other proprietary information. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not divulge, distribute, reproduce, sell, or otherwise share it with any third party.

General Rules of Conduct

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access this Site for any purpose without our express written permission. You agree not to defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, or engage in any illegal activity through the platform.

4. API Usage

Access to our public API is provided under the following conditions:

  • API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.
  • Rate limits apply. Excessive usage may result in key revocation.
  • The API may not be used for illegal purposes or to scrape data in bulk without permission.
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for any reason.

All content provided within or via this site is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Contrib.com trademark is a registered United States Trademark and is protected by various international laws and treaties.

By submitting frameworks or other content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content as part of the platform's services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, ACCURATE, ERROR FREE, OR RELIABLE.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is made in the State of Florida and shall be governed by Florida law, without reference to Florida's choice of law provisions. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by a Court of competent jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida. Any controversy shall be litigated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any class action.
